Zenit enter race to sign Kop star Skrtel as defender stalls over new deal.

Zenit St Petersburg have joined the chase for Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel and hope to tempt him with a £110,000-per-week deal.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers wants to keep the centre half, 27, but a new contract has yet to be agreed, with Napoli and Manchester City also interested.
Zenit sold Skrtel to Anfield for £6.5million in 2008 but would offer £14m to bring him back.
They are also keen on Manchester United's 31-year-old striker Dimitar Berbat
